Returns & Exchange

At Brown Anatomy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that your experience with us is nothing short of excellent. Below, you’ll find our policy on returns and exchanges, designed to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

We offer a 3-day return or exchange policy only under the following conditions:

1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing product, you are eligible to request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

2. To process your request, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:

The condition of the package at the time of opening
The missing or damaged product(s)
The shipping label or invoice (if visible)
3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, accessories, and the original box.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order ID, issue details, and unboxing video within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please note, for hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returnable unless they are defective. These include but are not limited to skincare products, lipsticks, and other personal care goods.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at support@brownanatomy.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Refund: Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which brownanatomy.com receives returned goods. In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. In case of Cash-on-Delivery order, a refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in favor of the “Billing Name” used while placing the order or bank transfer will be made for which certain details need to be provided over email (support@brownanatomy.com), the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 3-5 working days. Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@brownanatomy.com and follow the return instructions above. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
